If you don’t want to get banned for life from your local Wal-Mart, don’t drive around its parking lot on a motorized cart reserved for its customers at 6:30 in the morning while drinking wine from a Pringles can, even if it apparently isn’t a crime in Wichita Falls, TX to do so.
Beyond that, we aren’t sure what the problematic part was: appropriation of the cart (with or without proof of the need for assistance), the imbibing of alcoholic beverages on its property (even if it wasn’t inside the store), the time of day, or the misuse of the Pringles can.
In addition, we are curious as to how authorities were able to track her to the restaurant, and identify which patron was their suspect.
