MISSOURI WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAW GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO CLAIM LOST TIME PAYMENTS: After you miss at least four straight days from work on doctor’s orders, your employer may be required to provide you 2/3 of your average weekly wages.

MISSOURI WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAW GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO CLAIM PERMANENT INJURY BENEFITS: If you are not completely cured from your injury, you may be entitled to a payment for any permanent disability, including total disability if you are unable to return to any type of job anywhere.

You may also be entitled to benefits after the death of a loved one.
